Winter Wonder Body Bar

A body bar is shower gel in solid form. You use it just like a bar of soap, but it has a more nourishing formula and dries out your skin less. One bar easily replaces two bottles of shower gel.

Wet the bar and your skin and rub it over your body, or lather it up with your hands or a washcloth. Then rinse off. After showering, put the bar somewhere it can dry.

Store your bar in a dry spot that is not too warm and out of the stream of water: on a soap dish that can drain or in a soap bag. You will find both among our accessories. A bar left sitting in a puddle of water goes soft and wears out much faster.

Take a small amount and warm it between your fingers until it melts. Then massage the butter into slightly damp skin, straight after showering. That is how it absorbs best.

A natural deodorant does not stop you sweating, but it does counteract odour. A small amount, about the size of a pea, is usually enough. Applying too much has the opposite effect: it absorbs less well and can irritate or leave marks on your clothes.

Apply it to clean, dry skin and let it absorb for a moment before getting dressed. In hot weather or during exercise, you may need to reapply later in the day. Clothing made of cotton, bamboo or wool breathes better than synthetic fabric and holds less odour.
