Cancel your order

Withdrawing means that you cancel the purchase: you let us know that you are not keeping the order and you get your money back. You may cancel your order up to 14 days after the day on which you received it, without having to provide a reason. This is called your right of withdrawal. You may use the form below for this, but you don't have to — an email to contact@beesha.nl is enough.

If you use the withdrawal form, you will immediately receive a confirmation by email with the date and time. If you email us or use the contact form, we will also always confirm your request by email.

Have you registered your return? You then have another 14 days to actually send the product back. Our return address is Beesha, Olieweg 1, 1951 NH Velsen-Noord, the Netherlands. Please send it with track & trace and keep your proof of shipment.

If you return something within your cooling-off period, the costs are for your account. From the Netherlands, this is approximately € 3.95 to € 4.95 per package, depending on size and weight. If your product is damaged or defective, or if we sent the wrong item, the costs are entirely ours.

You will receive your money back within 14 days after you have registered your return with us. We may wait until we have received your package or until you can prove that you have sent it. We will refund you via the same payment method you used for your purchase.
