Body Scrub

Apply the scrub to wet skin and massage in gentle, circular motions. No scrubbing hard: it is about the grains, not the pressure. Rinse well and then apply body butter or cream.

Once or twice a week is enough for most skin types. Exfoliating more often does not help and can actually irritate your skin. If you have sensitive skin, keep it to once a week.

Take a small amount and warm it between your fingers until it melts. Then massage the butter into slightly damp skin, straight after showering. That is how it absorbs best.

Choose products without added fragrance and with a short ingredient list; you will find them in our Sensitive Skin category. Test a new product on a small patch of skin first, for example the crook of your elbow, and wait a day.
