Which scent should I choose?
More than 20 scents, grouped by fragrance family. In the fragrance guide, you can read what each scent smells like and which products it is available in.
What happens in the first few weeks?
Your hair needs two to four weeks to adjust. On the homepage, you can read about what to expect during that period and what helps.
What if you don't like it?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. The shipping costs for the return package are at your own expense. All conditions can be found in the return policy.
Is a trial pack more convenient?
A trial pack contains a mini shampoo bar and conditioner bar, good for ten to fifteen washes. Enough to see if it’s a good fit.

Frequently asked questions about choosing
How do I know what my hair type is?
Look at how your hair behaves two days after washing. If your hair quickly becomes flat and greasy at the roots, then Fresh & Clean is a good fit. If it feels dry or frizzy, then Hydration & Nourishment. If it's somewhere in between, then you're all set with Daily & Mild.
Can I combine multiple bars?
That is possible. Your shampoo bar, conditioner bar, and body bar do not need to be the same scent or variant. You can also mix and match: you can simply use a specialty bar alongside your regular shampoo bar. If you want to keep the scent profile subtle, stick to one scent family.
How long does one bar last?
One shampoo bar lasts about as long as three bottles of shampoo. Exactly how long depends on your hair length, how often you wash it, and whether you let the bar dry properly between washes. A conditioner bar often lasts even longer, as you only apply it to the lengths of your hair.
My hair feels different during the first few weeks. How come?
Count on an adjustment period of two to four weeks. During this time, your hair may feel coarser, greasier, or perhaps flatter than you are used to, as old product buildup slowly washes out. Feel free to wash more often than usual; that will not slow down the process. Rinse a little longer than you are used to and only use the conditioner on the lengths.
Do I need a conditioner bar in addition to shampoo?
Not necessarily, but it does help. A conditioner bar seals the hair cuticle and makes your hair easier to comb. You will notice the difference most clearly with long, dry, or color-treated hair. If you are in doubt, get a bundle with shampoo and conditioner.
