Shampoo bars for men
Honestly: there is no separate formula for men. A scalp is a scalp. The difference lies in the scent and in what your hair needs — and that is why the bars with a woody, spicy, or fresh scent are grouped together here.
One 65-gram bar lasts for approximately 70 washes and replaces two to three bottles of shampoo. Convenient for your gym bag and your carry-on luggage, because it is not a liquid.
Which scent suits you?
- Cedar & Rosemary– cedarwood and rosemary, both authentic essential oils. Woody-spicy and distinctly unisex. The most popular bar in this group.
- Citrus & Spice– citrus and ginger. The choice if your hair tends to get oily quickly or if you exercise daily.
- Eucalyptus– menthol-cool and refreshing. Our freshest bar.
- Jasmine & Sandalwood– warm and sandalwood-like, the most luxurious scent of the five.
- Coconut– creamy and neutrally tropical. Our bestseller, and the safest choice if you are in doubt.
Frequently asked questions
Do I as a man need a different shampoo? No. Choose based on what your hair and scalp need, not the label. Do your roots feel oily quickly? Choose Citrus & Spice or Eucalyptus. Is your hair on the dry side? Then go for Coconut or Jasmine & Sandalwood.
Does a shampoo bar work for short hair?Excellent, and it will last even longer. For short hair, simply rub the bar over your wet head a few times; you don't even need to lather it between your hands first.
Can I also use it for my beard? You can, but rinse well and use a conditioner baror a drop of oil afterwards — beard hair dries out faster than hair on your head.
How do I store the bar?Dry, on a soap dish with an open base. A bar that sits in a puddle of water will be mushy within a week.
