Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate, also known as SLSa, is a very fine powder that creates foam in soap, bath bombs, and shampoo. Basically, anything that can foam. It is a natural product but is often confused with the chemical SLS.

What do we use SLSa for?
Together with SCI, SLSa forms the surfactant base of our shampoo bars. Do you notice that your bar doesn't foam much? That is often not due to the bar, but to hard water.
